Fairfax 2015 World Police & Fire Games Only A Month Away!
Karin’s Florist is a proud host & partner of the Fairfax 2015 World Police & Fire Games, and they’re only a month away!
We wanted to share with you some impressive facts about the games, which will feature:
- 12,000 public safety athletes
- 70 represented countries
- 61 sporting events
- 1,600 medal events
- 53 different area venues
- 3,000-4,000 volunteers
- spanning 10 days (June 26-July 5)
- more athletes than the summer Olympic Games
- 30,000 visitors expected to attend
