Where do I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount, coupon, promotional, or business code you can enter it during the checkout process in the field titled "promotion code". You will see a discount in your order summary before you submit the order. (back to top)

Will I get a confirmation email?
We will send out a confirmation email for every order placed on our web site. Because of the increasing efforts by Internet Service Providers and email applications to block "spam", sometimes our emails get "filtered" as spam unintentionally. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your "junk" or "spam" email folder to see if it is there. If you still do not find it, call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-537-7069 and we will resend it. What are the delivery fees?
There is a delivery fee associated with local deliveries. The fees vary from $10.99 - $15.99 depending on the location. For out of town orders, there is a standard $15.99 service fee associated with every floral order

We also provide special delivery services (for example to an airport, cruise port, or graveside placement) for $25.99. Please call one of our floral design experts at 1-800-537-7069 to place a special delivery order. (back to top)

What are my payment options?
Karin's Florist gladly accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. As a VeriSign secured site, all transactions on our site are as secure as possible. Before proceeding with an order, we make an effort to obtain an authorization on your credit card at the point of sale. If there are any problems with securing and authorization, you will be notified as soon as possible via the phone or email. What is a preferred card?
After placing your first order with Karin's Florist, you will receive a Preferred Card by postal mail. The Preferred Card streamlines the checkout process. You will be able to enter your Preferred Card information during the checkout process while placing your order. What is the difference between "as shown", "deluxe", and "premium"?
For many of our flower bouquets we offer three arrangement options. "As shown" is the standard floral arrangement as pictured on our web site. The "deluxe" arrangements contain more flowers in the style and color of the original arrangement. "Premium" arrangements include even more of the main flowers, filler elements, and upgraded vases for a truly stunning display. (back to top)

Will the arrangement look like the picture?
We will deliver arrangements representing the designs shown on our site as closely as possible. Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. In case of substitutions, we still stand behind every order with our 100% Money Back Guarantee(back to top)

Can I request different colors?
Requests may be made for arrangements with different colors than shown on our web site, but we cannot guarantee availability of products in the requested colors. There is a space in the checkout process to enter special instructions for the order, feel free to enter requests there. (back to top)

How do I send orders to multiple recipients?
If you wish to order flowers or gifts for delivery to multiple shipping addresses please call us for assistance. Unfortunately, our website can not currently handle multiple items to separate shipping addresses.
